Roger Ebert is serious about wanting Sarah Palin to debate Annabel Park, founder of the Coffee Party.

From Roger Ebert's Twitter page:

I'd like to hear this young woman in conversation with Sarah Palin. I'm very serious. http://j.mp/cLQDDv

Here is the video.

I am totally with Mr. Ebert on this one.  It will absolutely NEVER happen, but damn I would pay big money to see it!

Okay just for fun, how long do YOU think that Caribou Barbie would last in a debate with this articulate, intelligent young lady?  You know assuming that she would actually show up of course.

she uses words that sarah would not even know how to look up.
sarah couldn't debate her way out of a wet paper bag and i would love to see her debate anyone smarter than a bag of hair.

I've been wanting to say for awhile, that I disagree with all who say that babygate should be what brings Sarah down. A big part of me feels Trig is Bristol's child and unearthing that notion would probably destroy HER life. Because historically it was relatively common for a baby to be raised by his grandmother, I feel all of this doesn't matter. There are FAR MORE important things to debate about regarding Sarah's fitness for politics. Don't destroy the lives of innocents. (mainly Trig, possibly Bristol)

I would love to see this debate also, and would also, too, pay. . . . . .not to Serror but to Annabel....Annabel rocks, moderated by Rachel Maddow(also rocks)...there we go

I'm tired of the obstructionism by certain elected officials, if they were from my state, I'd be having a fit. . . . .I'm having a fit now....I want our govt to be functioning, I don't believe OBAMA has had a chance to truly be our President because of the racial, hateful, fear-based, corporate Gods obstructionism......how anyone can vote for the rethugs I will never know. . . . .

What about... by the people..for the people...

We need to be vocal, we need leaders, we need to identify who our leaders are and we need to get going...

Can we begin to identify who can speak for us. . . .I'll check back later to see some names, I hope...Annabel is great for starters, a Kennedy maybe..

    Hopeful for 2012, OBAMA 2012

Sticking her tongue out in apopleptic frustration and insecurity does not a debate make.

Sarah would quit halfway through the debate.

First, she'd show up and vomit out her talking points, and then, when confronted with calm reason and facts, she'd go all breathless and in a panic - she'd quit.

PALIN 2012 - because, yeah, she's really stupid - but hey! She's pretty!

Oh, she would show up IF.. Her $100,000 fee + travel and hotel expenses were paid off the top, all questions and answers were submitted 10 days prior to the debate and her chair was facing the camera at all times so she could show off her thigh high mini skirt with legs crossed high and her tiny panties could peek out.

Sarah can't even debate her monosyllabic daughter and what not.

This is a preposterous idea. Y'all know that the librul media would use this as a platform to ambush poor Sarah, forcing her to "reload" only minutes into the debate. Besides, we all know that being around them Asians makes Sarah feel all icky inside--it's just not glamorous. What is Roger Ebert smoking?

  9. She looks Asian - wasn't that why Palin dropped out of the University of Hawaii? Too many "ferners," not enough "rill 'mercans."

  10. Forget debate. I'm done with any format where Sarah can just spout nonsense. I'd like to hear her in conversation with back and forth questions and response. I don't think it would take long for Sarah's true personality to shine.

Sorry this lady isn't selling me on this coffee party and she doesn't sound super intelligent. Maybe maddow would be a better debate for Sarah.

Why doesn't Roger Ebert tell the world about babygate?

The mainstream media would have to cover that, and a large number of people could finally hear about the Wild Ride and see the 30-day pregnancy (from flat stomach in the March 14, 2008 photo at the Parnell endorsement to the beachball Gusty photo taken just 1 month later), the two babies with different ears, etc.

WOW, WOW!!! She is FABULOUS and SO VERY SMART. It wouldn't do Caribou Barbie to tangle with her, or Obama, or anyone else who has a functioning brain! Annabel should absolutely run for office because she has everything it takes to be successful! I will join her coffee party!
